Pitmaster's Knife

This unique, hand-forged chef knife is designed, and hand made in Finland. Blade is well balanced and carefully designed. Wooden handle fits like a glove.

This knife is as much a hard-working tool, as it is a beautiful piece of art. I have heard pitmasters whispering it has a soul of an arctic shaman!

When you start making this knife your soul mate, please remember to wash it with hot water after every use. Do not use any dish-washing liquids and dry it with a towel immediately. High carbon steel is a wonderful material, but it will rust if you don’t take care.
